It gives you a list of thirty superfoods and a flexible eating plan and doesn’t require you to count calories or have you cut calories and starve for delicious food!
It’s a five week program that says that you’ll lose ten pounds by following their meal plan and exercise regimen but you’re welcome to change it around anyway you see fit. So I’ll be giving updates frequently!
I paid 11.99 for this book and so far I do not regret it!
