Is seriously gods gift to humanity. One of the best experiences I’ve had…I sweated a ton, toned my body, and felt fantastic. I’m definitely keeping up with this every week.
I want to count my calories but feel like if I do I’ll have anxiety about what I have left or freak out if I don’t exercise to add more calories for me to eat…what are your takes on it?
I told my best friend the other day how I am getting back into my routine and really motivated to get this last weight off…I told her I wanted to drop the weight then gain some back in muscle and get a little cut.
She laughed and said, “nah, you won’t do it…”
I was baffled…absolutely baffled. I couldn’t believe that my best friend doubted me and threw it back in my face.
On a usual circumstance I would’ve probably just cried and stuffed my face but it actually gave me even more motivation to prove her sorry ass wrong!
